How to Enroll in an Excel University Course
If you are an individual, and you would like to enroll in an upcoming Excel University online session, here’s the info you’ll need.
Using our online store, simply browse to your desired course. Add it to your cart and checkout. During the checkout process, you’ll be asked to create a new account or login to your existing account. Once the purchase is complete, you’ll immediately be enrolled into the course and have access.
Our Virtual Campus (LMS)
Our courses are conducted in our online Campus using a Learning Management System (LMS). The LMS is accessible immediately after you purchase your desired course.
Private and Public Courses
Some courses are public, and listed in our store. Some are private, and not available to the general public and not listed in the store. So, if you are on campus, and happen to see a private course, it has been set up for an individual firm, company, CPE sponsor, or college. If you are a training coordinator setting up training for your group, explore the options on the group training page.
If you’d like to have a copy of the book that accompanies the online course, you’ll want to pick it up. Since there are many different format options and Excel versions available, we discount the price of the course so that each each participant can purchase a copy of it directly from online retail stores such as Amazon and Apple, based on their format preference and Excel version.
A copy of the book is not required, however, I strongly recommend it. You see, just like your favorite book that was made into a movie, the videos contain less detail than the book. Plus, after the session has concluded, and the course is closed, you’ll want to have something that you can refer to later. Since the book contains everything that we cover, it makes a wonderful reference and resource.
The links to purchase the books through online retailers such as Amazon and Apple are provided in the store.
Please note: Mac users are more than welcome to participant, but please keep in mind that Excel for Mac is not specifically supported, and the videos, screenshots, navigation, and features presented are designed for the Windows versions of Excel.
Well, that’s it! If you get stuck during enrollment, or need us to assist in any way, simply give us a call or email us. The phone contact information is listed on the main campus page.
